Veggies and Mettwurst in the Crockpot
1lb bag of small carrots
6 large potatoes cut up into cubes (peeled or unpeeled)
1 can of green beans
2 cans of chicken broth
6 mettwurst cut into pieces (I use Bluegrass Deliciously Lean, 100 calories each)
Place all ingredients into the crockpot and cook on high for five hours.
This is one of my favorites! It is not only healthy, but delicious, easy and low in calories.
