Tuna Mac and Cheese Casserole
This dish only takes about 20 minutes to prepare. It’s delicious and filling!
Ingredients
1 (7-1/4 oz) box off Macaroni and Cheese Dinner
1 cup frozen green peas
1 (12-1/2 oz) can of tuna, drained and chunked
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Prepare macaroni and cheese according to package directions.
Mix in remaining ingredients (except Parmesan cheese).
Pour into 1-1/2 quart microwaveable serving dish.
Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
Stir and casserole and continue heating on high for 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Makes 5 to 6 servings.
