Totally Tasty Tuna Pot Pie
My family loves pot pies! (My husband said he could eat them every day. That’s not going to happen.) So, I decided to make this tuna pot pie. Needless to say, it was a huge hit with my men!
Ingredients:
1 pkg refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)
1 can (12-1/2 oz) tuna, drained
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen peas and carrots
1 can (10-3/4 oz) cream of potato soup
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning or dried thyme
Directions
Line 9-inch pie pan with one crust: set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Pour filling in pie pan.
Top with second crust, seal and crimp edges.
Slit top of crust to vent and bake at 375 for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 6 servings.
Enjoy!

How fun. I’ve never seen or tried a tuna pot pie. I’ve made tuna casserole and chicken pot pies, but never tuna. I’ll have to give this a try.

Fabulous! Thanks so much, Jennifer!
This is the most tempting dish for me. I grew up with casseroles with tuna and I love it heated. A pot pie with tuna is just right.
