Teriyaki Burgers with Swiss Cheese
My family loved the Grilled Teriyaki Chicken I previously made. So, why not use the same marinade in burgers? I did, and they loved them!
Ingredients:
1 1b ground beef
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup Lawry’s Teriyaki with Pineapple Juice 30-Minute Marinade
4 slices Swiss cheese
4 hamburger buns
Directions:
Combine meat, salt, pepper and marinade.
Mix lightly and shape into four patties.
Place patties on greased grill over hot coals.
Grill 10 minutes or to desired doneness.
Top patties with cheese slices and continue grilling until cheese is melted.
Enjoy with or without your favorite hamburger buns.
