Yes, I said APPLE nachos!. Try the following recipe for a “sweet” twist to nachos.
They are easy to make and delicious to eat!

Apple Nachos

36 caramels
1 Tbsp water
30 large marshmallows
4 medium apples (tart preferably), cored and cut into ¼ slices
1/3 cup dry roasted peanuts – chopped
1/3 cup of miniature semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips

Melt caramels with water in the microwave, stir until smooth.
Melt marshmallows and butter in a large saucepan.
Arrange apple slice on a large platter.
Drizzle with caramel.
Top with marshmallow mixture.
Sprinkle with peanuts and chocolate chips.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
