Swiss BBQ Burgers
Swiss BBQ Burger
Nothing screams “summer” like a hamburger right off the grill. Even in the dead of winter. These burgers are one of my family’s favorites.
Ingredients:
1 1b ground beef or ground turkey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
4 slices swiss cheese
4 hamburger buns
Directions:
Combine meat, salt, pepper and BBQ sauce.
Mix lightly and shape into four patties.
Place patties on greased grill over hot coals.
Grill 10 minutes or to desired doneness,
Top patties with cheese slices and continue grilling until cheese is melted.
Enjoy on your favorite hamburger buns.
