Sweet Temptations – Nutella Truffles
WELCOME TO SWEET TEMPTATIONS!
If you are looking for a great treat to share with your sweetie, then look no further then Nutella Truffles. These are rich and decadent and could not be easier to make. Nutella Truffles would also be great to make for Valentine’s Day gifts.
Ingredients:
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups Nutella
- cocoa powder (optional)
- chopped nuts (optional)
Directions:
- Melt chocolate chips in microwave or double boiler. Use 50% power and stir every 30 seconds if using microwave. Do not burn chocolate.
- Stir Nutella into melted chocolate.
- Refrigerate mixture for at least an hour or until very firm.
- Using a small scoop, shape mixture into 1 inch balls. Roll balls in cocoa powder or chopped nuts.
- Refrigerate truffles for a couple of hours.
- Share and enjoy!
