Sweet Temptations – Cocoa Mousse
WELCOME TO SWEET TEMPTATIONS!
I wanted dessert but I didn’t want to make something that I would be tempted to eat for days. Just something light and delicious and perfect for two. So I decided to make cocoa mousse. The cocoa mousse is incredibly simple to make.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 package (1.25 oz) instant hot cocoa mix
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Whipped cream (optional)
Directions:
1. In medium bowl, beat whipping cream with electric mixer on high speed until cream begins to thicken.
2. Using medium speed, beat in powdered sugar and cocoa mix until blended. Add cinnamon and the vanilla; beat on high speed until soft peaks form.
3. Spoon mousse into individual dessert dishes. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with whipped cream.
4. Enjoy!
