Ingredients and Directions
Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
Coat muffins with non-stick spray.
Mix in bowl:
2 cups baking mix
2 - Yo-Crunch Strawberry Parfait Cups
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons vanilla soy milk
1 packet strawberries and cream oatmeal
2 tablespoons sugar
Fill muffin tins 3/4 full of muffin batter.
Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
Then melt two Lindt Lindor white chocolate truffles in the microwave for 50 seconds or until completely melted.
Spoon over top of muffins.
