Spicy Brown Mustard Barbecue Pork Ribs
I’ve never bought pork country-style ribs in my life. But, when they had a “buy one, get on free” special at the grocery, I thought it was time to give them a try. I’m glad I did!
2 pounds boneless pork country-style ribs
1 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
Place ribs in crockpot.
Combine barbecue sauce and mustard in small bowl and pour over ribs.
Coat ribs in sauce.
Cover and cook on low-setting 4 hours.
Enjoy!
I can honesty say that I have cooked more during my year and a half of retirement than I have during my entire adult life while I was working. Another plus to being retired!

Thanks Ashley and thanks for stopping by!
We do boneless pork ribs all the time – such a bargain! I’ve never added mustard to my bbq sauce, but it’s a great idea. If your family likes sauerkraut, you should stop by my blog and try my slow cooker pork and sauerkraut recipe (using bonesless ribs). People at my church devour it.
Take care,
