Crockpots sure make life simple. Put everything into one pot in the morning, cover, turn it on and a delicious meal will be waiting for you when you return home that evening. I use my crockpot several times a week. Following is on of my favorite crockpot soup recipes:

Semi-Homemade Potato Soup

Need something to take the chill off? This soup can be put together in a crockpot in about 15 minutes. Cooking time is approximately four hours. So easy! So much flavor! Fix it and forget it!

Place the following in a crockpot:
1 package of Bear Creak Creamy Potato Soup Mix prepared as directed
2 cans peas (14-16 oz each)
2 cans corn (14-16 oz each)
1 cup of ham (chopped into squares or sliced into pieces)
4-6 potatoes peeled and diced

Stir until ingredients are mixed together. Then cover and cook on low for approximately four hours.

Great for Sunday football season!
