Pepperoni Pierogi Bake
We love pierogies at my house. Pierogies are so versatile and an easy meal to make. Serve it with a salad and you’re done. This week I made Pepperoni Pierogi Bake. I use frozen pierogies which makes this casserole extremely simple and quick.
Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) box Potato & Cheddar Pierogies
1 jar marinara sauce (You can also use pizza sauce)
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup thinly sliced pepperoni
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a baking dish. Spoon 1/3 of the marinara sauce onto the bottom of the baking dish. Arrange half of the frozen Pierogies on the sauce; top with half of the pepperoni slices, ½ cup of mozzarella cheese and half of remaining sauce. Repeat above steps with remaining ingredients, ending with sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes or until mixture is hot and bubbly.
