Lime and Garlic Chicken Crock Pot Soup
I was out grocery shopping and picked up a couple jars of lime and garlic salsa. I’d never seen this kind before and it sounded tasty. So home I went and came up with the following simple, low calorie and tasty recipe for dinner. It was a hit with the family!
Ingredients
4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 jar (26 oz) lime and garlic salsa
Parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions
Place chicken breasts in crock pot and pour salsa over it.
Cook 3-4 hours on high.
Remove chicken breast and cut into bite size pieces.
Put chicken back into crock pot and stir.
Serve in bowl sprinkled with parmesan cheese, if desired.
Enjoy!
