Hawaiian Pork Chops Made Simple
Pork chops were on sale this week so I bought a package of four and a can of pineapple slices. With a little brown sugar and nutmeg, I was able to make a simple and tasty dish for dinner. Seriously, my men loved them! They said for the ultimate enjoyment of this dish, make sure you get a bite of pineapple with every bite of pork chop. Yummy!
Ingredients
4 pork chops
1 can (20 oz) of pineapple slices in their own juice
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions
Place pork chops in casserole dish.
Pour pineapple juice and pineapple slices into casserole dish.
Sprinkle brown sugar and nutmeg over the pineapple slices.
Bake 30 minutes covered at 400 degrees
Uncover and bake an additional 15-20 minutes.
Enjoy!
